In the unlikely event that a product is found to have production defects or shortcomings, our customers are entitled to a complete refund or a hassle-free replacement without any questions asked.

We understand that customers may have various reasons for returning a product, and we accept such returns as long as the product is returned in its original packaging and accessories and is uncompromised. In such cases, we provide the customer with a full- value credit that can be redeemed on our website. However, customers must notify us of any issues within 3 days of receiving the product.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, restocking fees may apply based on the condition of the returned product. For more information, our customer service team is always available to assist you.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, it's important to note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION

If we cancel your order after charging your card, we will reverse the charged amount to your account. However, please note that any promotional vouchers used for cancelled orders may not be refunded.
